On October 2–3, 2026, Grapevine Photo provided two days of corporate event photography for Specialty Healthcare Consortium at Omni Frisco at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Physicians and other healthcare professionals gathered for the event, and our job was to document the people, conversations and moments that made up the program.
This was our sixth event for Specialty Healthcare Consortium, a relationship that has allowed us to become familiar with their meetings, their team and the type of photography they value. Returning to an event for the same organization also helps us anticipate the pace of the program and work around sessions without becoming a distraction.
Corporate Event Photography at Omni Frisco at The Star
Omni Frisco at The Star provides a distinctive North Texas setting for corporate meetings and conferences. Located at The Star in Frisco, the venue sits within the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters and practice complex, giving event planners access to a polished hospitality environment in one of the most recognizable business and sports destinations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
For an event with physicians and healthcare professionals, the photographs need to do more than simply record that people were in the room.
