Typical Station Footprint
Plan on approximately 12 × 12 to 12 × 15 feet for a full station. A typical setup includes a 6-foot table, two chairs, two highboy tables, and six to eight stanchions so check-in and the attendee line stay organized.

We bring our own hotspot and battery backup so the headshot workflow does not have to depend solely on venue Wi-Fi. That helps keep capture, attendee delivery, and onsite image access moving even in busy convention environments.
